UK DRI appoints Chief People and Culture Officer

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Juliet Morris as Chief People and Culture Officer commencing September 2024.

Juliet brings extensive experience in leading, coaching and building high-performing teams in specialist industries within science, information technology, and healthcare including Akzo Nobel, Alliance Medical, UKCloud, and Open Square Limited. Juliet is also Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Branch in Wessex that supports over 5,000 members within the region and is a regular speaker and support of careers events within schools, a Tech Ambassador, and UN Women UK delegate.

As Chief People and Culture Officer, Juliet will focus on developing UK DRI’s talent, culture and EDI strategy, bringing to life the commitment and dedication of UK DRI’s team and mission to transform peoples’ lives affected by dementia.

On her appointment to UK DRI, Juliet said:

“I am thrilled to join UK DRI and at a time when curiosity, dedication and a talented team are bringing new research into a world that is truly transforming lives.”

UK DRI Director, Prof Siddharthan Chandran, said:
