Jennifer joined Imperial in 2010 to establish the Cancer Research UK Centre of Excellence, moving to her role in the UK DRI in 2018. With a research background including a PhD in Nanomedicine and Drug Delivery from the UCL School of Pharmacy and research positions at Princeton University and the Institute of Neurology, Jennifer transitioned to Research Management and never looked back. It is the diversity of the role she enjoys most – from supporting multi-million-pound collaborative grant applications to facilitating interdisciplinary workshops. It is a privilege to work closely with scientists at every level, from world experts in their fields to PhD students just beginning their careers. As a Mentoring Champion within the Faculty, Jennifer is particularly interested in supporting researchers across career transitions and is open to career conversations.
