Josephine (Jo) Leigh is the UK DRI’s People and Culture Advisor. Throughout Jo’s HR career, she has managed the full employee lifecycle, significantly enhancing both organisational performance and employee satisfaction. In Jo’s last role she was a business leader who contributed to pivotal strategic planning alongside the executive team, influencing strategy and implementing key people initiatives. With experience teaching English in Japan, and long-standing customer service-based work experience, Jo creates a pro-active and supportive work environment. Jo is passionate about the charity sector and is deeply committed to making a positive impact. Jo holds a CIPD Level 5 in People Management qualification and a First Class Honors Degree in BSc Psychology.
